Megan Mahn Miller Is Now an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor

We are very proud to announce that the owner and president of Mahn Miller Collective, Inc., Megan Mahn Miller is now an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

She joins one of only seven AQB Certified Instructors in the state Minnesota and one of only approximately 430 instructors in the United States.

With this certification Mahn Miller can now teach the USPAP 15-hour course as well as the 7-hour update. The 15-hour course teaches the concepts of USPAP (Uniform Standard Professional Appraisal Practice). The 7-hour update is required every two years for appraisers to learn the revisions to USPAP.

USPAP was developed to standardize the requirements of appraisers, of all disciplines. It addresses the ethical and performance obligations of professional appraisers in order to promote a high level of public trust in the appraisal profession.

Finding and employing a USPAP compliant appraiser helps to ensure your appraisal report will be written to the highest quality and standards.

The Appraisal Foundation describes the Instructor Certification Course as "an intensive course with a rigorous examination." Mahn Miller assures us that is true.
